The Young Scot InfoLine is a free and confidential phone and web service.

Key Features

- Open 10am – 6pm Monday to Friday
- Based in our main office at Haymarket.
- Specialist Information Advisors answer calls and are equipped by the most up to date information via our Information and Knowledge Management System.

What information is available?

The InfoLine phone service has information on a range of topics including money, health and the arts, as well as answering questions like ‘How do I get my first passport?’, ‘What age can I get a tattoo?’ and the ever popular ‘I’ve lost my Young Scot card – what should I do?’
