The Young Scot magazine is a quarterly, 16-page, glossy magazine aimed at young people between the ages of 11 and 18. The magazine has a print run of over 590,000 copies. Around half a million are included as an insert into Scotland’s best-selling Sunday newspaper, the Sunday Mail. Thousands more copies are distributed in schools, colleges, youth groups, career centres and libraries, as well as through several of Young Scot’s discounters such as Odeon cinemas and O'briens sandwich shop. Prefer to read online? Not a problem...we produce an innovative online interactive issue of the magazine which makes use of the latest cutting-edge technology to give young readers an alternative way of accessing the information inside. It features clickable links direct to targeted websites, streamed video and audio, magnification tools and image clipping (click and drag) elements. It can also downloaded in its entirety as a PDF. Fancy getting involved? We are always looking for new partners to join us and there are loads of benefits of this. They include prominent partnership branding, editorial services, copy approval, the provision of copies for internal use and distribution, as well as, of course, an agreed amount of pages of relevant content, produced in consultation with Young Scot’s editorial team.
